Welcome to Pictium.

This page (together with any documents referred to on it) outlines the Terms of Use on which once a registered user you (“You”) must adhere to and are bound by.


By accessing the Pictium website or Pictium mobile application made available by Pictium (together the “Service”), you hereby agree to be bound by the terms of use (“Terms of Use”) in this document. The Service is entirely owned and controlled by Pictium Limited (“Pictium” or “We”).

  1. Information about Pictium

Pictium Limited owns the Service and their registered office is 45 Steventon, Cheshire WA71UB with a registration number of 10600737 (“we, us or our”)

  1. Accessing the Service

Accessing the Service is available however we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the Service at any point without notice. We will not be held liable for any reasons of the Service not being available at any time.

We own the right to refuse you access to the Service for any reason.

The Service is aimed at sports fans across the world and you must be aged at least 13 years old to register and create an account and access the Service. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 16 then you hereby confirm you have had a parent or guardian review and approve these Terms and Conditions on your behalf before accessing the Service. We own the right to request evidence of your date of both.

You are responsible for ensuring your account and log in credentials (whether via email or available social platform) are kept secret and secure.

You agree not to request, attempt or use the log in credentials (whether via email or available social platform) of any Pictium users other than your account.

You are responsible for all activity through your account and agree that you will not sell or share your account, followers, username or any associated rights. You are responsible for ensuring the information provided upon account creation and during use of the Service is truthful, accurate and kept up to date throughout all the time of using the Service.

You must not create an account for anyone but yourself, other than the exception of business use, however, you must be an authorised person on behalf of your Employer or Client to create the account.

We own the right to retrieve any username for any reason at any time.

Parts of the Service include features or functionality that are available to you via a third party, you hereby accept that you are responsible for reviewing and complying with the third parties Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any additional documentation they require. You accept that we are not responsible for the content within any third party documentation or any communications between you and them.


  1. Intellectual Property Rights

We own all intellectual property rights on the entirety of the Service, other than the content that is submitted by registered users (user content).

All user content submitted via the Service is considered non-confidential and by accepting the Terms of Use the user provides us with the rights to use, copy, distribute or share the content with third parties anywhere on the Service or within Pictium Limited as a business. You grant us all rights and licenses to use your content and material, without payment, and waive all moral rights.

  1. Liability

We hold no liability for any direct or indirect losses and damages incurred by any users in connection with the Service.

  1. Uploading Content To The Service

On the Service we provide users with the access to upload and post content to the Service. If you wish to access this feature then you must comply with the standards set out, but not limited to, below;

  • You must own the content that you upload to the Service.
  • Your content must comply with the law in the United Kingdom and in the country you are accessing the Service from.
  • You must not post non-sport related content to the Service.
  • You must not upload any offensive, violent, nude, discriminatory, unlawful, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos and/or videos or similar content on the Service.
  • You must not upload any content that will infringe any copyright, trademark of any other person or business.
  • You must not post any offensive, violent, discriminatory, unlawful, hateful or sexually suggestive comments on the Service. We do not monitor the comments on the Service and we rely on users to follow the Terms of Use during accessing the Service.


Built in to all posts and comments is the feature to report it to us if you find a user has broken the Terms of Use or content is inappropriate for displaying on the Service. If we are notified of any we hold the right to temporarily or permanently remove the content.

As the account holder you are responsible for all data, text, information, username, images, videos, graphics, photos, bios, profile information, audio, sounds, music, copyrighted music, links or any other form of content (“together, “Content”) that you post and display on the Service.

We own the right to remove any content from the Service that was uploaded by You or any other user at any time and we are not required to provide reason or warning.

  1. Termination

We own the right, at our discretion, to examine any breach of the Terms of Use of the Service and take the appropriate action we consider to be correct and fair.

We may immediately withdraw your rights to access the Service either temporarily or permanently by suspending or deleting your account.

We may take legal action against you for the losses attained from your breach of the Terms of Use, or any further legal action that is required.

We may provide any information to the appropriate body, such as the police, should we feel it necessary to do so.

We hold the right to terminate your account if;

  • It has been inactive for a period longer than 2 months
  • We believe the account name isn’t an accurate representation of you.
  • The content on the Service uploaded from your account breaks the Terms of Use.
  1. Offences To The Service

You must not misuse the Service or knowingly cause damage to the Service via any malicious computer viruses, Trojans or any materials that is harmful to the Service.

You must not try to obtain control over the Service or any connected database, server, computer or other form of hardware or software.

If found to be in breach of Section 7 of the Terms of Use then under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 we will take the appropriate and relevant action against you.

  1. Jurisdiction And Applicable Law

The English Courts will jury any claim or court proceedings relating to the Service. English Law governs these Terms of Use.

  1. Revisions

We may make revisions to these Terms of Use at any time by changing this document. The latest version can always be found at www.pictium.com. We expect you to review the Terms of Use upon registering and ensure that you remain up to date with the revisions and all changes within.
